Mark Chiu Law

Mark Chiu Law is a Kelowna practice handling family law and criminal law matters in the Okanagan, the Kootenays and elsewhere in British Columbia.

The lawyer behind Mark J. Chiu Law Corp, Mark Chiu, has practised in British Columbia since 2014 and holds degrees in psychology from the University of Calgary and law from the University of Saskatchewan. He is also certified as a family law mediator through the Law Society of British Columbia. He has acted for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, as defence counsel in serious matters, and in family cases involving the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program and the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Family work includes dividing property held through corporations or trusts and parenting disputes involving alienation.
