Thomson Law is a small Kelowna firm centred on family law and family mediation, serving Kelowna, West Kelowna and Lake Country.

Lydia Thomson, whose practice operates as Lydia H. Thomson Law Corporation, opened the firm in the summer of 2007 after years at a local firm. She graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law, has practised in Kelowna for 18 years and is accredited by the Law Society of British Columbia as a family law mediator. Other services are wills and estates, committeeship and residential conveyancing, along with help for parents involved with the Ministry. Brandon is another lawyer on the team, and many referrals come from past clients.
