Johnston Franklin Bishop is a Nanaimo law firm handling personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, wills and estates, and corporate matters. Locally owned and operated since 1983, when Richard Johnston founded Johnston and Company, the firm represents clients across Vancouver Island, including Parksville, Qualicum, Port Alberni, Courtenay, Comox, Campbell River and Duncan.

The partnership grew through Glen Lewis in 1985 and Blair Franklin in 1996, became Johnston Franklin Bishop when Marsha Bishop became a partner in 2014, and added Greg Phillips in 2017.
