Established in 1984, Hook & Smith is a Winnipeg firm practising corporate and commercial law, real estate, wills and estates, and transportation law.

Dennis A. Smith and Gordon P. Hook founded the firm, which acts mainly for small and medium-sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations, and for individuals and families.
