Ivan Holloway and Stephan Thliveris have more than 30 years of combined civil litigation and appellate experience in Manitoba, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. The firm handles trials and appeals in provincial superior courts and federal court, and applications for leave to the Supreme Court of Canada. Ivan Holloway, a University of Manitoba law graduate of 2002, previously chaired a construction law practice group at a large Winnipeg firm and has argued before the Courts of Appeal of Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario and the Federal Court of Appeal. Matters include workplace health and safety issues in construction and disputes over real and personal property.
