Founded in 1928, the office hosts the firm's regional management for Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean and is where Me Michael Cain and Me François Lamarre practised. It now has 34 professionals. Teams there cover business law, banking and insolvency, municipal, environmental, labour, construction, family and notarial law, and Indigenous law. The office also houses the head of the environmental law group and the head of the construction law group for all of Quebec, and Me Jean-Pierre Lévesque is managing partner for the region.
