Richards + Company

Richards + Company is a south Edmonton firm handling real estate, corporate and commercial matters, and wills and estate planning. Darren Richards, admitted to the Alberta bar in 1993, started the firm that became Richards + Company, and the team includes Caleb Selders and Cameron Taylor.

Real estate files include mortgage refinancing, and clients receive a Purchase Report, either as a tabbed binder of documents or as a bookmarked digital PDF. Corporate work covers incorporations, annual returns, business purchases and sales, and secured loan transactions, while the estate side covers wills, powers of attorney, personal directives and probate. The office is in the Summerside Business Park.
