Hammer Injury Law is an Edmonton personal injury firm focused on motor vehicle accident injuries, serious injury and wrongful death.

Richard J. Mallett graduated from the University of Alberta in 1989, was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1990 and spent his first ten years in insurance defence and corporate law before acting exclusively for injured people from 1999. He established the firm in 2023 and has appeared in Alberta courts, the Supreme Courts of the Northwest Territories and the Yukon, the CPP Appeal Tribunal and the WCB Appeals Commission. The firm serves Alberta, British Columbia, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, and it also handles class actions.
