Portfolio Estate Law is an Etobicoke firm handling tax and estate planning, estate administration and fiduciary services for international clients.

Founder Birute Luksenaite holds a law degree from Queen's University and arts degrees from the University of Toronto, and articled at the Tax Court of Canada. She later worked in tax law at a national firm, a global accounting firm and a bank. The firm handles powers of attorney, family, spousal and alter ego trusts, estate freezes and beneficiary designations, offers tax and succession planning for artists' estates, and assists vulnerable persons.
