KS Law Professional Corporation is an Etobicoke boutique firm handling family law and real estate for clients across the Greater Toronto Area. Kishore (Kris) Subramanian, a barrister, solicitor and notary public, has practised in Ontario for over 20 years and handles each file personally. On the family side he deals with divorce, separation, custody and parenting time, child and spousal support, and property division, appearing in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, arbitration and mediation.

The real estate practice covers residential purchases, sales and refinancing, commercial and investment property transactions, private mortgage lending and title transfers in Toronto, Peel, York, Halton, Durham, Simcoe County and Ottawa, along with notary services. Kris has also sat on the ethics board of Centennial College and served as a Vice-President with the Lions Club.
