As many of you are aware, there have been significant and ongoing changes to the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) over the past many months. As a result of the review, a number of changes have been introduced for foreign workers in Canada and the Canadian Employers who hire them. Among the changes, Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) exempt foreign workers will now be part of the newly named International Mobility Program (IMP).
