Varity Law is a Richmond Hill firm handling probate and estates, real estate, and corporate and commercial law for families and business owners.

Probate comes first, with work for executors that includes the application, court filings and monitoring until the Certificate of Appointment is issued. The firm does not handle estate litigation or disputes. Its team includes Sabrina Ding, an Osgoode Hall graduate whose team has closed real estate purchases, sales and refinances since 2017, and Jonathan Thibert, along with law clerks. On the business side, it advises on incorporation, contracts, buy-sell arrangements and succession, and serves clients across Ontario.
