Surya Law

Surya Law serves Toronto, Scarborough and Brampton in real estate, immigration, family and wills and estates law. The firm was founded by Surya Chakrabarti, who practised at the Calcutta High Court in Kolkata and gained experience at Bose & Mitra in India before moving to Canada. It also handles business and contract law and notary services, and serves clients in Bangla, Hindi and English, among other languages.

Surya holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Burdwan and a Master of Laws from London Metropolitan University, articled with OWS Law, and built his real estate experience at Omar Zahid Law. He appears at courthouses across the GTA from an office on Kingston Road in Scarborough, and the team includes lawyer Amin Sachedinas and several legal associates.
