Stampone Law

Real estate, wills and family law are the work of Stampone Law, a Hamilton-area practice based in Stoney Creek. Siera Stampone is the owner and principal lawyer, and she also advises on estate planning, estate administration and corporate law.

She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2021, where she received the Corbin Estates Law Annual Prize and the STEP Canada Prize in wills and the law of succession. The firm is successor to the practice of Murray Mazza, who practised in Hamilton and the Niagara region for over 40 years, and it now has carriage of his files. Services include home purchases and sales, mortgage refinancing, powers of attorney, trusts and domestic contracts such as cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts and separation agreements.
