Shivji Law is a boutique Calgary firm focused on residential real estate, with wills and estates and employment law as additional services.

Its real estate work covers purchases, including new condominiums, foreclosure properties and houses bought from builders, as well as sales, refinancing and construction draw mortgages. The team includes Farouk Shivji, Madisyn Gilbert, Abi Poxon and Mizghan Darwishan. The office sits just outside the downtown core, with parking for clients and access from all quadrants of the city.
