Phillips Aiello

Phillips Aiello is a Winnipeg firm handling criminal litigation, civil litigation and family proceedings, founded by David Phillips and Joe Aiello.

David Phillips earned his law degree at the University of Manitoba in 1986, has been managing partner since 1990, and has practised criminal and child protection law since 1986, including appearances before the Supreme Court of Canada. Joe Aiello, a founding partner, handles general civil litigation, administrative law, employment matters for employers and employees, and tax litigation such as PST and GST collections. He has appeared in Provincial Court, Federal Court Trial Division and the Tax Court of Canada, among other courts.
