Paciocco & Mellow

Paciocco & Mellow, founded in 2013, is a Windsor personal injury firm acting in car accident, head injury, wrongful death and fall cases. Gino Paciocco and Jeffrey Mellow started the firm, and its lawyers have practised in personal injury law for a combined total of over sixty years. Jeffrey grew up in Leamington, attended the University of Windsor, was called to the bar in 2003 and belongs to the Essex Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

The firm's matters also include animal attacks and dog bites, truck and motorcycle accidents, disability and insurance matters across South-Western Ontario. Its lawyers have appeared at trial in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, on appeals in the Divisional Court, and before the License Appeal Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.
