Nuraney Law Group

Nuraney Law Group is a boutique Vancouver firm handling corporate and commercial law, tax, and wills and estates for small businesses and individuals.

Managing partner Arif S. Nuraney established the firm in 2016. His work includes mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, joint ventures, financings and due diligence for clients in hospitality, manufacturing, technology, construction, mining and infrastructure. He also acts for private equity and venture capital firms on investments. The firm has offices in downtown Vancouver and West Vancouver and serves clients across the Lower Mainland, including help with starting and incorporating a new business.
