Naimark Law

Naimark Law is a Toronto personal injury firm representing seriously injured people and their families. Its lawyers all previously defended insurance companies before switching sides, and founder Ryan Naimark did that work for 20 years while also acting for accident victims.

Naimark graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Ontario bar in 1998, became a partner at an insurance defence firm in 2004 and argues cases at all levels of court in Ontario. Because employers are not always sympathetic to employees who are off work after an accident, he also advises injured clients on employment issues, including wrongful dismissal. The office is on Adelaide Street West.
