Mackenzie Family Law PC

Jaclyn Mackenzie leads Mackenzie Family Law PC, a Toronto firm for divorce, parenting, support and child protection cases. Her practice is exclusively family law and child protection law.

Jaclyn Mackenzie was called to the Ontario bar in 2014 and founded the firm in 2018 after several years at a boutique family law practice. Her work covers decision-making responsibility, parenting time, child support, spousal support and restraining orders, and a significant part of it involves representing parents and other family members in proceedings with Children's Aid Societies. Legal Aid Ontario certificates are accepted, and private clients can retain the firm hourly or on a flat fee for court materials.
