Kirk Law Office

Kirk Law Office is an Ottawa practice handling residential real estate, wills, powers of attorney and estate administration.

Team members are fluent in English, French, Ukrainian, Polish and Russian. On the real estate side the office acts for private lenders and for buyers and sellers of new and resale properties, including condominiums, recreational properties, vacant or development land and investment properties, and it drafts leases and agreements of purchase and sale. Leslie J. Kirk, an Ottawa native, was admitted to the Ontario bar in 2009 after articling with the City of Ottawa's legal department; her work includes rent-to-own transactions, multi-unit residential sales and RRSP-funded mortgages. Iuliia Shulakewych, who holds the TEP designation, is also on the team.
