Justin T. Chan

Justin Chan is a Toronto barrister and solicitor handling commercial litigation and part-time general counsel work. The practice focuses on helping businesses prevent and prepare for litigation and on representing clients in litigation.

Chan was called to the bar in 2013 and holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Cardiff Law School in Wales. He covers contracts and court processes in plain language, and his approach is to listen, identify the relevant facts, establish the client's goal and advise on the most efficient way to reach it. His office is on Bay Street, and he will travel to meet clients across the GTA. He is also Vice President of Operations of Judo Ontario.
