The firm is a father, son and daughter team raised in Sudbury, made up of Fred, Carter and Krista Fortier. Carter Fortier advises on corporate and business law, including buying and selling businesses, over more than 25 years, and Krista Fortier handles family law including parenting time and decision-making. Real estate work covers single-family homes, cottages, multi-unit residential, recreational, vacant land and commercial property, along with mortgages from banks and private lenders. Max, the office dog, greets visitors.
