Cheadles LLP is a full-service Thunder Bay firm tracing its roots to 1953, with practice in Aboriginal, family, employment, real estate and business law.

The firm's history begins with David Stanley Cheadle, who started as a sole practitioner in what was then Fort William, and it has served Thunder Bay and Northern Ontario for more than 70 years. Partner Ken Ritson advises business owners from the idea stage to exit and works with Indigenous entrepreneurs and First Nations on business structures and economic development. Drawing on knowledge of the Ontario Mining Lands Administration System, he also gives title opinions on patented and unpatented mining properties. The firm's office is on Hewitson Street.
