Bally Hundal

Bally Hundal is a Brampton criminal defence lawyer who has practised for over 24 years, defending charges from assault to murder. He was called to the Ontario bar in March 2002 and worked for over three years as criminal duty counsel with Legal Aid Ontario, then completed a Master of Laws at Osgoode Hall in 2019.

He has worked part-time as a staff lawyer on Charter litigation with the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms and served as an adjudicator at the Ontario Licence Appeal Tribunal. His practice, Hundal Law Firm, appears in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal, with trials and bail hearings across Ontario.
