Achkar Law is a North York employment law firm acting for employees and employers in Ontario and British Columbia on dismissal, severance and human rights.

Christopher Achkar founded the firm in 2016 with the aim of practising in plain language, with practical strategies, for real people facing real problems. The firm also handles constructive dismissal, workplace disputes and employer-side defence, with a hub for Toronto and the GTA. For employers, its lawyers design workplace training, including on the harassment and violence requirements under Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act. The firm acts on either side of an employment dispute.
