Aaries Family Law

Aaries Family Law has offices in Kingston and Toronto and handles divorce, separation, custody, support and property division. Separation agreements and prenuptial agreements are also part of the work.

Founder Mark Kim practised as a family mediator before becoming a family lawyer, holds a Certificate in Family Mediation from York University and completed an internship with child psychologist Dr. Barbara Fidler. Helena Kim is the firm's chief executive officer. Clients set their budget, services and timeframe, and cases can be resolved through negotiation, mediation or collaborative family law. The offices are at Bay and Dundas in Toronto and at Brock and Wellington in Kingston, and the firm serves the GTA, Oshawa, Napanee, Belleville and Brockville.
